One of the newest resort offerings in Poipu, the Koloa Landing is founded on the hotel-amenities-meets-condo-living concept where everything that you might need is available in the resort.  Amenities include a poolside bar and grill, fitness center, a day spa with five private treatment rooms, the island’s only all-copper, Ofuro Japanese soaking tub, three large pools, spas, water slide, putting green, fire pits and more.

The greeting pavilion houses its front desk, bell service, valet parking, concierge and activities desks. This is one of the few condo resorts in Poipu that features covered parking.

The condo units themselves are amongst the most luxurious in the Poipu area featuring air-conditioned studios to 4-bedroom penthouses, with views that vary between garden, mountain and the ocean.  To date, the studio units have been retained by the developer for rentals.  The beaches fronting the Kiahuna and Sheraton resorts are within walking distance.
