The Lawai Beach Resort is located across the street from Lawai Beach and the very popular Beach House Restaurant. Aside from the expansive ocean views, people and surfer watching is great sport here as there is always activity at the beach. Snorkelers love exploring the shallow waters and surfers enjoy three of the south shore’s favorite surf breaks.

Built in 1994 offering 176 full-ownership units, just four full-ownership units were sold before the developer switched the resort to a more profitable timeshare ownership model. It is rare to see any of those four units offered for sale, but when they do, they tend to sell quickly.

The one and 2-bedrooms units are located in four, 4-story buildings that are surrounded by over eight acres of tropical landscaping. Amenities include three pools and spas, a tennis court, fitness center and mini golf.
