The Nihi Kai Villas condominium resort is a sister complex to Waikomo Stream Villas.  Both were built by a Canadian developer in the early 1980’s and featured  many of the same finishes including large bedrooms and exceptionally high, open-beam ceilings.

Floor plans include townhouse and single-level configurations.  There are just two, 1-bedroom units within the complex.  Many of the units offer ocean and mountain views.

Amenities include an onsite rental office, two tennis courts, a pool/deck with an impressive view to the ocean and a BBQ/picnic area.
